Our roof installation process begins with an initial consultation where a member of our team will visit with you at your home to evaluate your needs and goals and answer any questions you have. Our roof replacement process begins with an initial consultation where a member of our team will visit with you at your home to evaluate your needs and goals and answer any questions you have. At this time, we will take the appropriate notes and photos needed to generate a proposal for you.
After this meeting, our trade partner will prepare a satellite measurement of your roof top for generating a proposal.
We will then meet with you again for material, system and warranty review. You will select your colors and components and we will schedule a date for install.
Our Quality Control specialist will visit your building to plan for install day. He will be looking for the best place to stage our materials and will be looking for any special circumstances that we need to note.
On install day, our crew will arrive at your property and start by protecting shrubs and the area around your house with tarps for tear-off. This can be quite a mess, so we work hard to contain all the debris and make sure your property stays clean.
Once the old roofing material is removed, we get right to work installing your new roof system.
After the roof installation is completed, our team will clean up the roof, your yard and your gutters. We will sweep all around for any stray nails. Left over material will be stacked neatly on the driveway to be picked up within 48 hours.
The next day, our Quality Control specialist will visit your building to double check that everything is in order. At this point, he will again sweep the yard for nails.
